EcoLogistics is a company formed by Birtcher Development & Investments, LLC to provide new data on business as usual construction practices and resulting CO² emissions. Since our methodology was created by a private commercial developer, it considers current market realities, has a practical approach to each strategy and respects the roles of the project sponsor, contractors and design professionals in the construction process.
