Birtcher Development & Investments has a 70 year history of applied project management in the commercial real estate industry. It is Birtcher Development & Investment's culture of innovation together with the State of Oregon's ambitious goals to reverse climate change that has spurred us to look at real estate and construction processes in new and creative ways.

Through the analysis of our most innovative projects we have developed a new business that tackles sustainability and green building in a new way. This new business is EcoLogistics™ ... a Brandon Birtcher Company, and we are the transition plan to the next level of sustainability.

EcoLogistics™ has capitalized on Birtcher's rich development history in order to develop a proprietary sustainable process. This new service is a qualitative method that uses cutting-edge technology, 25 years of real estate project management experience in the NW, and an integrated process that fully accounts for "real costs". This method will take any building or construction process from business as usual to "beyond green".
