Chris Humphries is the creator of the EcoPlan™ software and a co-founder of EcoLogistics, LLC. Chris manages the day to day operations of the company with a primary responsibility to position the company for rapid growth. Chris brings a wide variety of construction management, estimating and development experience. Chris’s 18 years of industry experience includes project management and estimating experience at the subcontractor, general contractor and developer levels. Throughout his professional career, Humphries has been an integral member in the development of significant projects throughout the Northwest, including the development of numerous office and retail buildings, miles of public roads and infrastructure, entitlements management, master planning and marketing.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Psychology and Communications from Oregon State University in 1992. Chris is a nationally certified Sustainable Building Advisor and an active participant in various sustainability and leadership initiatives.
